Greig McIntosh (born April 30, 1996), known professionally as GT, is a Scottish record producer. Widely acclaimed for his dark and cinematic production style, he is regarded as one of the most influential producers in contemporary hip-hop and trap music in the USA, UK and Europe.
He has produced hit songs for prominent music industry artists, such as Lil baby, Nardo Wick, The Game, Yungeen Ace, Poundz, SL, Bonez MC, Luciano, Rondodasosa and More influential artists across the Globe.
Raised in Moray, North East, Scotland he began his career in music production in 2014 at the age of 18. He never once relocated to attend College or Any kind of studies within the music industry, during which he worked extensively with US and European artists as a self taught Artist.
GT gained wider recognition with the single "Pop Out" for Lil Baby and Nardo Wick, which peaked at number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100.
It was around his mid-teenage years that GT decided to start taking music production as a serious career, He was later discovered by rapper BONEZ MC at the age of 20, and through Bonez' connection with GT, GT was signed to Toprott Muzik in Hamburg, Germany and is now Co-signed with UNIVERSAL MUSIC In the UK.
